Two Cornish projects gain planning approval in quick succession

You wait all month for a planning approval and two come along at once… one for the sensitive renovation of a stone barn near Porthcothan to provide holiday accommodation, and the other for a new oak framed, larch clad, super insulated home near Tehidy.
