This week our scheme for 9 holiday units on the north coast of Cornwall was granted full planning approval.
The design replaces an old hotel and caravan park and maximises the phenomenal views, both out to sea and back inland.External materials reflect the local vernacular of stone, slate, timber and render, whilst varied roof profiles add variety to the long distance views of the site from the surrounding AONB.
Work on the detailed design will commence in the new year, but we will be popping the champagne corks in celebration of this significant milestone this weekend!
