Planning approval for Oyster House

Today we learned that our project for a replacement dwelling at Oyster House in Port Navas had secured planning approval. The client and design team have liaised with the county AONB officer and planning case officer over a period of months to refine and update the design to the satisfaction of all parties. The 400m2 house will overlook Port Navas Creek, with spectacular views south towards the Helford River. The proposed design will be clad in a combination of local stone and timber cladding.

Work will now start on the technical design in preparation for a start on site in the Autumn of 2020.
