Full planning approval has been granted for our replacement dwelling in Mawgan Porth on the north coast of Cornwall. Fully clad in Cornish larch, the building has been carefully designed to avoid any issues of overlooking in this tight plot on the edge of this coastal village, while at the same time maximising views of the beach to the north, and far reaching countryside views to the east.
From a standing start in mid June, it has taken just 4 months to reach this milestone and we hope to be on site early in the new year…
