KAST is delighted to be working with Treveth on the sensitive redevelopment of a historic area of Penzance.
The scheme includes the regeneration of St Anthony's Gardens and improvements to the surrounding public realm and open space, led by Mei Loci Landscape Architects.
The proposed Coinagehall Street redevelopment will be a mixed use scheme, comprising a mix of open market rent, open market sale, affordable rent and shared ownership homes, all targeted at local people, along with a number of commercial units.
Community consultation events will be held in May and July in advance of a planning application in August.
