We are delighted to announce that KAST has been selected as one of the designers of a new housing scheme on the edge of Truro. Working with Living Villages, the new development at Higher Newham Farm will provide a new community that will flourish around food and farming, housed in spaces that have been designed in response to the local environment, landscape, weather and the purpose of the place. With partners from the Cornwall Food Foundation and Duchy College, Higher Newham Farm and Village will be a place of learning, for people of all ages. A thriving, buzzy place to be, with 155 homes, from affordable homes that are best in class, to large detached homes designed for families with active, outdoor lives.
