Kast is 2!

Kast Architects marks its second birthday this week. Following the success of our first year, we were determined to maintain the same momentum. With the recession still in the back of everyone’s minds, and despite Brexit’s best efforts, our workflow continues to increase and we have been able to celebrate some major successes along the way.

We completed our first primary school, secured planning approval on two spectacular houses – one in Marazion overlooking St Michael’s Mount and the other in Feock with views down to Carrick Roads. Our first bespoke dwelling on the south coast is due for completion in the coming weeks and our woodland folly in St Agnes is starting to come out of the ground. A number of extensions are on site and more are on the drawing board.

The last few months have seen a flurry of new commissions, including a new primary school, a distillery, a new family home in the country and a couple of luxury homes near the sea. We have also made time for some competition entries for a couple of office developments and a cliffside dwelling on the north coast. In short, we have been busy, and are thrilled by the variety of work on our books.

Thank you to all our clients for continuing to challenge us, to our consultants and contractors for their input and expertise, and most importantly to our friends and families for providing endless and unwavering support along the way.

Here’s to year three.
