The run up to Christmas has been a busy time for us.
We have just submitted for planning a design for a new headquarters office on the outskirts of Helston. This timber framed, naturally ventilated, open plan office will provide the necessary space for a successful local company stay close to its roots while looking to the future. Also submitted for planning is a replacement dwelling overlooking Swanpool Beach in Falmouth. Clad in local stone and zinc, this new house will provide a variety of spaces for a young family relocating to Cornwall from London.
Finally, we have started the construction of a replacement dwelling overlooking Mawgan Porth. This timber framed and timber clad house will provide four bedrooms as well as a generous open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with superb views to the north coast of Cornwall.
