In March 2022, KAST Architects became a certified B Corp. Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, are companies verified by B Lab to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

We have therefore joined a family of like minded companies who operate in a way which endeavours to use business as a force for good. When we design, it is in a way that balances the needs of our clients with that of our planet.

As a B Corp we are legally committed to operate in a transparent and purposeful way. This is important to us as it is all too easy to talk a good game, but to deliver designs with purpose takes resilience and dedication.

To ensure we maintain this standard of practice we will be required to re-certify every three years and demonstrate our commitment to high levels of social and environmental performance. This will also be an opportunity for us to target areas where we can improve as a business.
