Our proposal for a three bedroom oak frame house set within a walled garden has been granted full planning approval by Cornwall Council. Working alongside Post and Beam, the project is scheduled to start on site in the spring of 2021. The house will be clad in locally sourced larch, topped with a slate roof. Insulation levels and air-tightness targets will far exceed current building regulation requirements to ensure a low carbon solution for the dwelling.
