In the space of a couple of months we have secured full planning approval for three houses for two different clients in Sea Meads overlooking Praa Sands beach on the south coast of Cornwall.
Two of the houses are replicas of each other, with the third benefitting from a corner site with opportunities for wider views around to the west.
Work has begun on the technical design package in anticipation of a start on site in early 2023.
