A planning application has been submitted for a new oak framed house concealed within a historic walled garden in mid-Cornwall. The house takes the form of two larch clad barns with a glazed link between them. In the larger barn is the open plan living room, dining area and kitchen to one end, with a master bedroom suite at the other. The smaller barn accommodates two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. A decision by Cornwall Council will be made in mid September.
