We have been granted planning approval for a replacement dwelling in St Mawes.
A contemporary approach to the traditional bungalow form, the design is clad primarily in slate with timber detailing and recesses. Views across the Percuil River and towards St Anthony Head are carefully framed from the primary living spaces and master bedroom. Work is now underway on the technical design package in readiness for a start on site in the spring of 2023.
