Back in 2018, KAST was appointed to design a contemporary replacement dwelling in Port Navas, on a site with unrivalled views south along one of the tributaries of the Helford River. Due to its prominent position and location deep within the South Coast Western section of the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, detailed discussions with the planning and AONB officers were necessary, resulting in a beautifully sensitive design response.
Our client has been working alongside a team of sub-contractors over the last two years and the end is now in site.
