North Coast Housing submitted for planning

Our proposals for a 9-unit holiday development on the north coast of Cornwall have been submitted for planning. Working alongside Laurence Associates (planning consultants) and MeiLoci (landscape architects) the scheme seeks to delicately place a number of holiday homes on the site of an old hotel, restaurant and caravan park. The site is within an AONB, therefore close dialogue with the local planning authority and Parish Council has been key in the design of the buildings.
