A new house on the south coast of Cornwall and within an AONB has been submitted for planning. The design is a contemporary response to the local architectural vernacular and has been developed in tandem with a detailed Landscape Impact Assessment to ensure a sensitive and sympathetic response to the surrounding countryside.
